We live in a society and we had to take part in so many of social function and in our regular days we meet a lot of people who live around of us. Some people respect us, some may not be like them. But yet we always expect respect and this is why we wanted to grow a better personality and this is why our work and our passion is on that side. It is really important to have a better personality and develop that personality into the right way so that people will love you as well as respect in proportion as like you always dream for.

Personality develops from the person. Personality of human beings is characterized by human values, family and social education, knowledge acquisition, conduct and social responsibility. As his age grows, his family and social status as determined by the personality of man.

Every person from a small time follows a person to follow or follow his own unknowingly. He wants to be like him and be like how he do things. These people's conversations, conduct and personality deeply interfered in our minds. However, this sequence depends on the knowledge and understanding of the people. The person who never heard of Mother Teresa, did not know about her sacrifice for the sake of humanity, she would never want to be Mother Teresa.

In short, UN Secretary General Kofi Annan was one of my favorite person. Do we ever think how they have become popular worldwide? Do we know how much sacrifices were left behind for their success, had pain, was hard work?

There are many of us who talk a lot more than needs. It is seen that due to the habit of talking more things suddenly comes out in the face which we did not want to say. Besides, there is more talk than needing more talk than necessary. It often takes a secret message about your friends, family and friends, which may not have been right. For which we have to face the embarrassing situation. You will also have to speak slowly and gently.

We understand the facts many times or sometimes we do not understand the issue but we heat up the mood and talk out loud on that issues. Many times we can argue unnecessarily about what we do not know. Many times you do not accept the truth because of your own defeat. Again, the opposite events happen too. Many times we can not establish our known truth due to the intolerance of others. We all do not know everything, we can not even know it. It is nothing but folly to argue with what I do not know for this. Accepting the truth of the other does not disturb itself. It increases your acceptance in society. Which is helpful in the development of personality.

According to the doctors, if they are laughing with the inner feelings then it will be getting rid of many diseases. Heart will be healthy. But depending on the situation of the environment, the kind of laughter will be. It is desirable to refrain from laughter in social and state affairs. In addition, I will have to contract with the speaker while speaking. You must be attentive while listening, do not be cranky. It is necessary to conclude the matter in a few words by ticking the time. Besides, subject and type of talk, depending on the society and the situation. If you make a mistake, it is better to say that you do not want to say a word directly to the person.

There are many of us who talk fluently but they do not want to give any other opportunity to speak. This is a very bad nature. Nobody likes such people. Let's talk to others, listen to their words and arguments carefully. It is also important to talk respectfully to others. Do not go to anybody to understand that you are the best.

Many of our family and social gatherings we meet a lot of people while most of them are unknown to us. At this time, you should talk openly to everybody, regardless of rich and poor people. The food on the table is to take others before and afterwards to take it on their own. Anything, but no dishonesty can be done in any situation. The man who invite you there, he will have trouble hearing it. You have borne bad ideas about yourself. As a result, you may not be invited to any such event in future, you can not call for any useful consultation or meeting. It will reduce your family importance.

Many times we do not attend the closest ceremony in getting the appropriate invitation. this is not right. If there is a chance, they should be present in their dawn, gift will be given according to affordability. If you are married, then you will have to inquire beforehand.

There has a lot of things which i could write about in this personality development topic but i think these are enough for today and people will not like to read a lot of advice in a single day. So I think it is better to come another day on this side.
