I would really like to see Gab move to a system more like Steemit. Right now it's a Twitter clone for the most part, and posting on either platform is like shouting into the void: No one hears, no one cares. In the best of cases it sucks as a medium for serious conversation. I haven't done enough on Steemit to know if this format allows for deeper discussions to occur, but I intend to find out.
