se le llama asi a todo deporte o actividad fisica que coloque o ponga en riesgo nuentra integridad fisica y emocianal, o nuestra vida en absoluto, hay mucho deportes extremos, los cuales mantienen nuestros pensamientos simpre buscando alcanzar cada paso o cada escalon, mi invitacion es a praticar depronto un deporte asi no sea extremo, recuerden amigo el deporte es vida. chao chao.
