For a quality education. We must depoliticize it!

I think I have returned to the world of reflections, that is why immersed, as a student of Social Sciences within the Venezuelan educational sector, I have seen the reality of this sector very closely. And like me, many. However, there are different opinions regarding "what to do?", Many of them are directed to "invent a new educational system", I do not think the same!

It is not necessary to invent a new educational system to achieve a quality education in Venezuela; we have it at flight times, for example in Finland. Your system is working; copy it, let's be practical, let's not waste any more time in finding a master formula if it already exists. Undoubtedly, the most important challenge that our future government has to face in this term is to improve education. And in this challenge, education must enter into difference, equity and equality, otherwise it would be badly called quality education. The system must adapt to the characteristics of the student, and not the student to the system. One of the objectives that should be resolved in this imminent legislature, is the total depoliticization of education, as occurs in other countries of the EEC, an education the same for all Venezuelans. We will all agree, -and the one who is not doing so to the idea-, that our education system has failed, does not work, is obsolete and manipulated. Teachers must recover their social prestige and students must be cared for and motivated. So a pact between all the political parties, in which they committed themselves not to touch education would be a good beginning. The future of educational projects can not depend on who wins the elections. If a project, be it of the party that is, is good for all, it must be exploited; It's common sense. A quality 'real' educational system would be free of political ideals, with vocation teachers; socially recognized, well prepared and remunerated, and with the individual needs of each student served. No one should be ruled out for intellectual or economic reasons, because then it would be neither egalitarian nor equitable. Talent does not understand social classes, opportunities do; those are the ones that have to be retouched so that we can all access them equally.

Currently, in the public school, creativity, initiative, commitment, enthusiasm, leadership skills, technological skills, adaptation to teamwork are not evaluated, and of course, our proposals are not taken into account. contributions. The change has to come by replacing the rigid and antiquated mentality of "I speak and you listen to me", to an entrepreneur, in which we can all learn from everyone. This already commented, for many is thought as an impossible, the task is to start there. That is, change that mental construct and think about it not as an impossible but as an arduous work that we must undertake as soon as possible.

To those who have come here, thanks for reading. I hope that the reading has seemed interesting, I hope in the comments and those who do not think like, I also wait for them in the comments hehe .. Greetings and happy day to everyone!
