WHAT IS ADICTION?
Addiction is a tendency developed over a period of repeated actions to a certain substance, Addiction is also a habit that shortens one’s life. Addiction can also be described as a strong desire/urge to have something, its something you cannot control again by yourself.

WHAT LEADS TO ADDICTION?
It is caused by so many things, it could be physical, emotional ,mentally and so much more.

TYPES OF ADDICTION

DRUG: People get addicted to drug because they have use a particular drug over the same time and they brain nerve is now feeling pleasure and now accustomed to the drug.

Alcohol: Some people can’t do without taking alcohol in a day ,they get addicted to it.

Shopping: You just feel like shopping everytime, buying everything you see.

Watching television: you just keep watching television from morning till late, you don’t do anything with your time.

Cigarate: Smokng even when the weather is burning up(hot).You smoke upto ten packs of cigarate in a day.

Caffeine: You drink Pepsi, coke and others after each meal. You can’t do away from it.

Eating disorder: you just want to keep eating all that you see.

Pornography: You keep watching/reading porn everyday, you can’t do away from it. without viewing the person will feel like dying.

Sex: The person just feel like having sex with anything in skirts, even when he/she get married, Their spouse isn’t satisfied for them, they always have the urge for more.

Computer gadgets: You can’t do away with your phone, you wake up in the morning is your phone you pick up, you even sleep so late because of your phone.

Gambling: You gamble till your last penny is gone and you have to pay your debt with someone ‘s life.

Work: You just want to keep busy, despite your health, you keep working.

How do you cure addiction?

• Acknowledge the fact that you need help,take a stand that you won’t do such again.

• Ask for help,there are rehabs that help cure addiction problems.

• Avoid Relapse.

• Get yourself busy,don’t be idle.

• Avoid those things that triggers the addiction.

• Change your environment.

• Avoid bad company,Do away with bad friends,people that lure you into the act of addiction.

In summary,its usually easy to get addicted to something but hard to come out of addiction.If you are facing any addiction problem I believe once you acknowledge the problem there will always be a solution.
