Need to change your mind set

If you do not know that you do not know what you do not know then you have a bigger problems. The same applies to the Need for Mindset Change. Unless you are aware that you need to change your mind set in order to change your environment, then you have a bigger problem. It is therefore crucial that if you want your environment and your situation you must change your mind set. The following may help you to recognise you need to change your mind.

If you find yourself at variance or arguing with your loved ones most of the time . You must know it is time to change your mind set. Ask yourself what do I do to avoid arguing with my loved ones. It is important to realise that as much as you wish some people to change, you can never do anything to change them. The best therefore is for you to change.

If you find that you are always focusing on the wrong things or what has gone wrong all the time. When there is one thing that goes wrong you must understand there is a lot more that has gone right. It is therefore crucial to learn to focus on the right/positive or correct rather than wrong.

Mourning or complaining has never helped to change things or the situation. If you find that you are always mourning then you must know it is time to change your mindset. This is similar top the above where you focus on what has gone wrong rather than what has gone wright. The fact that you have a job is enough to celebrate that to complain that your manager does not understand you or does not like you. The fact that you have friends is enough to be grateful than to mourn that your friends gossip about you.

The truth will not change because you decide not to face it. If you cannot face the truth and yet you want things to be different then you need to recognise you need to change your mindset. Facing the truth will help you create a clean slate and you will not need to pretend you are happy when you know you are not. You will not need to live a lie as everyone around you would be aware of your stand and or situation.

If you realise you are always angry and and unsatisfied by what is happening around you then you must know it is time to change. You need to ask yourself what will my anger help. What would I need to do to be satisfied by my surroundings. In other words you need to look for solutions to your problems rather than be angry about them.
