Schäfchenwolken 🐑 all over the sky in Würzburg ☁️☁️ ☁️

Schäfchenwolken is a german word there is no equivalent in the English language. Actually it is a cumulus cloud or sometimes it's called fleecy cloud but in this case the german word is the best ever. Schäfchenwolken means "clouds like cuddly lambs". As harsh the german language sounds for so many very often, you must admit that this compound german word is the cutest way to describe how this clouds look like, isn't it?

Yesterday evening the sky was full of such Schäfchenwolken. I took a few photos with my IPhone S6 and wanted to share them with you ...

The weathercock on the chapel knows what the clouds announce ...

But as beautiful these clouds are, there is a downside about them: they mostly indicate a weather change - from good to bad weather. And the the little fuzzy clouds were right. Yesterday was a beautiful hot summer day and today it feels like autumn - 15 degrees Celsius, cloudy, windy. I love hot summer days like the previous but this is also like a little breather, refreshing and clearing. Thank you sweet Schäfchenwolken!
