Charlotte Flair's backstage conflict seems to be getting bigger and bigger. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the backstage tension is not only due to Charlotte's big ego. It would also influence her in-ring style: "There has long been discontent between Flair and many, if not most, of the female wrestlers on the roster over little things and some having to do with match structure. One of the complaints is that Flair wants to be a heel, she's a heel, but she does babyface moves during matches, especially dives or moonsaults in and out of the ring."
