Another part of Garden Warfare 2 is infinity time. This is an extra feature that can be unlocked after completing the main quests in the backyard battleground. You are thrown into the land of the gnomes, and equipped with a mech with 2000 health, and a laser beam, along with 3 abilities. You fight against the gnomes, who run after you and try to attack you.
First off, let’s talk about the abilities. The first one is a charge that picks up gnomes on the way and kills them. However, this can be deflected if they have a shield. To bosses it does 200 damage. The second ability is like the sunbeam ability on the sunflower. It has 100 bullets, it makes you slower, and deals a lot of damage. The third ability is a tailwhip. It pulls close by gnomes in and smashes the tail down, causing them to fly in the the air and die. Just like the charge ability, it can be deflected. To bosses, this is ineffective.
Second we will talk about what you will encounter. First, there are gnomes with hammers, then gnomes with shields and hammers, then gnomes with long range guns, and the bosses.
Finally, let’s talk about what happens every five waves. You fight the gnome kings, who take a break halfway through the round. Once you beat him you’ll be taken to the next realm, where it only gets harder.
