Stellar lumens opened at 38.7 cents today, it started heading down until about 3:45 when it hit it's all day low of 35.7. It then continued up until 11:30 when it hit 39 cents, the all day high. XLM never passed 40, an important barrier. Currently, it is trading at 38.6 cents, up 0.18%
