PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing launches one of the latest motorcycle lineup in 2018, Yamaha Lexi. Motor with modern and complete features is present as a complement to the existing family of MAXI Yamaha, among others, TMAX, XMAX, NMAX and AEROX155.
Launching is done directly by the pride drivers Movistar Yamaha MotoGP team, Valentino Rossi & Maverick Vinales. They directly participated in celebrating the launch of Yamaha Lexi, the new family of MAXI Yamaha at Four Seasons Hotel, Jakarta.
Yamaha Lexi is planned and developed into a trendy product in the premium segment. With the concept of 'High-Value Utility Commuter Model', Lexi presents practicality and a variety of modern features with a view that attracts the attention of customers.
Lexi is made with the new MAXI Yamaha concept that makes it practical and elegant. Lexi has several major advantages to attract consumers. First, Rich will modern and practical features. Secondly there are LED head light with the appropriate light level makes traveling in day and night much more comfortable and safe.
Electric Power Socket that ensures consumers stay connected with anyone through the smartphone without fear of running out of battery. Tubeless tires with wide treads promise maximum stability driving.
Extensive baggage helps accommodate all kinds of luggage during the trip. Pinned Hazard Lamp serves to mark other drivers when in an emergency.
Especially for Lexi-S is also equipped with Sub-tank Suspension, which makes driving feel more complete because it already uses suspension rear suspension type. Driving with Lexi is definitely more efficient because it has a STOP & START SYSTEM feature that keeps the machine STOP / Off when it stops for more than 5 seconds and START / Lights back when the gas lever is turned. This feature reduces the risk of wasted fuel when the motor is stopped.
Finally, Lexi design looks luxurious and elegant, because it has a choice of attractive Matte colors like Matte Red, Matte Gray and White on Yamaha Lexi and Matte Blue, Matte Gray and Bronze on Yamaha Lexi-S. With the Grand LED headlights make Lexi look very classy.
Lexi uses a modern and informative Digital Speedometer which is very useful for every rider. About the price, it has not been explained for sure, because it only began to be marketed in April 2018. However, Dyonisius said the price will be the cheapest of the entire family of MAXI, which is under Rp 20 million.
