This compact of poses called Sun Salutation. I think it is a good compact of poses for people who is not devoted to Yoga but want to do some exercises based on Yoga. That's the reason I start with these poses.
When I started Yoga, I did with mountain poses. I practiced mountain poses for quite a while to get the right feeling. But if I teach them just one pose, they could feel bored. But when we are doing other type of sports, we sweat a lot....
So I think Yoga is perfect for office.
