Hello everyone!

Today I would like to introduce you Sugar Cane Pose or Ardha Chandra Chapasana.
This pose is a variation of Half Moon Pose, Ardha Chandrasana.

I really love this pose because it is very challenging but also it is so beautiful...

Benefits:

  • Improves balance and focus
  • Increases self-esteem
  • Strengthens arms and legs
  • Strengthens the back of the body and spine
  • Stretches the thighs and knees

Remember to always be happy on your mat, even when your practice is not as you want it should be...
Asanas are part of the practice of course, but the most important is what happens during the asana...

      I’ve never seen this half moon add on before 👏 I think I can do this one too, will have to try it tonight in my yoga class & see if I can look like the beautiful silhouette you made
