Hello everyone!

Today, my practice was dedicated to heart opener, certainly my favorite practice!

The benefits of yoga chest openers are both physical and emotional.

The benefits for the body :

  • Strengthen the upper back
  • Increase lung capacity of the lungs
  • Relieve tension in the back and shoulders
  • Increase blood circulation
  • Stimulate the thyroid and pituitary glands.

The benefits for the heart:

  • Emotional release
  • Boost confidence
  • Develop compassion
  • Relieve depression and feelings of isolation

Just open your heart my friends!
