Overcoming Social Anxiety through Teaching Yoga

Thank goodness I've trained myself to get over the anxiety of introducing myself to new people. Because every single time it happens, something amazing usually comes from it. Meet Jenny. My newest yoga inspiration! Working with her has given me so much more confidence in adjusting and coming up with creative sequences. You know you're doing something right when work is really just an opportunity to make a new friend. 💕💕

                        I'm really glad that what you are doing for yourself is giving you community and a sense of well-being. It seems being an instructor in Yoga is very good for you.
