I did yoga yesterday for the first time in a while. I've been over training with kettlebells and not sleeping too well the past five days or so and it's no wonder this happened. At the end of the yoga class I found myself blissfully drifting off, deep into that meditative state we all love so much during savasana, but this time I let myself fall a little too deep. I awoke to see my neighbor staring daggers into my soul. (Sorry old dude that chain smokes outside the coffee shop i'm writing this from, I was surprised to see you in yoga) I was mortified to realize I was snoring. The class ended, I grabbed my shit and I rolled out with more anxiety than I had upon entering.
I probably should get a sleep apnea study done in the near future, ha, my ex might agree.
