Easy pose - Sukhasana
A simple, calming pose which can help open up the hips , it can help ease womens mentral pains and cramps and help to reduce levels of anxiety (make sure spine is straight)
Traingle - Trikonasana
This pose improves flexibility in the spine, helps to align the shoulder blades, relieve back pain and sniffness in shoulders and neck area.
Great pose for posture.
Warrior 2 - Virabhadrsana 2
The pose opens up the chest and shoulders, strengthens legs and arms and contracts the abdominal organs and muscles. Focus should be on the arms and getting a straight span from fingertip to fingertip
Great for patience.
Downward dog - Adho Mukha Svanasana
This pose lengthes and decompressed the spine, it stretches out the hamstrings, allows the brain to get a rush of oxygen and strengthens the arms
Great for calming the mind.
Tree - Vrksasana
This posture is all about balance, as you can see i havent quite mastered this pose yet. You want your hips to be aligned and even (im slightly off to the left) shoulders should be pulled down to open airways and back extended
Childs pose - Balasana
This is a resting pose used to relieve tension in the back, neck and hips. (Arms should be fully extended, hips rested and forehead touching the mat)
