Hi friends ! Today i am telling about yoga becouse yoga is a most important roll in your life

Pranayama means controlling and expanding your breath.

The practice of proper breathing of the respiratory system increases the supply of blood and brain oxygen.

This helps control the life and energy of life.

Pranayama and yoga are complementary to each other.

Due to the combination of these two yogits, purification and self-regulation of good quality of body and mind is attained.

Pranayama is preparing for the meditation experience of meditation.
