I’m personally rooted in Buddha’s "Three Turnings of the Wheel of Dharma”. However, I am absolutely non-dogmatic and non-sectarian. The first turning of the wheel of Dharma is Sutra. The second turning of the wheel of Dharma is Mahayana; it includes Sutra and Mahayana. The third turning is Tantrayana; it includes Sutra, Mahayana and Tantrayana. Peoples of all the worlds religions, including atheists and those with no religion, who are motivated by tolerance, love and compassion are full and complete in themselves! It’s not necessary to be Buddhist to benefit by Buddhist Tantrayana Energy Yogas! Let us celebrate life and live harmoniously together!
Buddhist Tantrayana teaches that we are wired for great bliss, body, mind and heart. That this bliss is subtle, pervasive, deep and clam. It is (according to Buddhist Tantra) the state of our natural subtle most nature. Our natural mind.
The first blogs begin with my spiritual memoir “Memoir of a Yogini”. In my memoir, I write about experiences which began when I was eight years old. Experiences I had in dream states with an “angelic like, female spirit”. I’m not claiming that this “angelic being” was literally an angel or a deity. I’ve worked with the symbolism, questioned “was she in actuality a spirit being a deity?” What I know for sure is that the experiences have always been with me, have brought me joy and been a guiding force in my life.
I used contemplation to put these childhood experiences to memory. Over the decades of my lifetime I attempted to stay true to my experience. However, I can not discount the possibility that my memory evolved as it mixed with my unconscious and subconscious mind, my life experiences.
Along with “Memoirs of a Yogini” I’ll offer teaching- on meditation, breath, breathing, relaxation, Buddhist Tantrayana Energy Yogas.
In my podcasts I’ll teach and guide you in various forms of meditation from each of the
"Three Turnings of the Wheel of Dharma” . Including meditations into the deepest levels of relaxation called by Yogis Pratyahara. Pratyahara allows our mind to withdrawal from sensory impressions. It’s a state of conscious deep rest. A rest so deep it may be experienced as a lucid dream. In this state we’re healing our nervous system. We’re entering the realm of our subconscious mind, with purpose, non-judgment and self love. Over time, by repeating this state of consciousness, there is the potential to heal our emotional wounds, increase our reservoirs of creativity, intuition and self understanding. We may be able to create effective, Seemingly magical changes in our life.
My deepest desire and hope is to be of benefit to those of you who are inclined to spend time with me; that your awakening brings you and those around you increased wisdom, compassion, health and vitality!

Thank you. I’m honored that you would look forward to what I share!
As a Buddhist I don’t hold monotheist beliefs. I do have great respect for atheists and that’s not a platitude. The atheistic view is well thought out. There are many ways that I can imagine being atheist myself. However, when it comes to the possibility of some sort of reincarnation, that of our very most subtle nature- I am open. I am also open to the possibility of spirit worlds. However, I would never purport that either an after life or spirit worlds are truly or absolutely existing. In regard to an after life or spirit worlds I’m cautiously open. Admittedly, I find joy in the gap between shutting the door on the possibility and keeping the door open. Due to this I can not profess to be an atheist. More important than anything else, is first to increase our own happiness and then to work for the happiness of others. Joy to you Soulsistashakti

I love that image I have it on my main FB profile as my cover picture. Atheist just means don't believe in any gods. So, the rest is up for contemplation by any atheist :)
I personally do not believe in any spirits or any of that only because I have not seen any :) Until I do I just don't see any point in spending energy thinking about it. Even the Buddha said he would not directly answer the question is there a self or is there not a self when asked because these people asking had a more pressing issue - they were causing themselves suffering by asking meaningless questions. Of course, we know he taught anatta but until one has developed right views by following the Noble Eightfold Path such questions are meaningless. He said it not me lol. He also said don't believe anything he said until you experienced it yourself. I've just been that way for about the last 10 years :) . Have a lovely day.
