Picture was taken at Valbona Pass in northern Albania, during an incredibly scenic hike connecting Valbona National Park to Thethi National Park. It is such a dramatic landscape, with barely anyone walking these paths. This is my celebratory pose for making it half-way!

Are you sure you can't :) ? I've seen many people who don't think they can do it and then they surprise themselves in class. Can you do a chaturanga pushup easily? If yes, then it's probably all a matter of setting it up the right way :)

No. Chaturunga is not easy!!! And I am cautious of my shoulders. Strength is hard for me and stacking joints in say.. bakasana... is hard!
