Thank you for this meditation , I found it very useful. I have to admit I always connect with things that Yogi Bhajan reccomends.

    Sorry for the late reply. Not too often on Steemit that do not works very well with me.
    Glad you get some benefits from YB teaching.
    I did more videos that upload fine on YouTube but not always working on DTube unfortunately.
    Hope to be able to upload all of them here to.
    In the mean time I keep producing while in this body.
