Hi @mybrp! I do not know anything about Yoga. Thank you so much for sharing the links to other articles you have written. I noticed that when I followed your steps of breathing forcefully, my body wanted to push the air from my mouth - not my nose. I will have to practice!

Your efforts are really appreciated .you will experience different different things at the start .the winning combination is first of all you just have to trust body contain 70-75% water and water contains 33% oxygen .if we can increase the oxygen level in our body we are done . Pranayama is an proven effective way of increasing the oxygen level in our body .i am also creating The audio and video systems on the same , keep practicing i can only insure you will feel at top once it will start benefiting you .links will be shared soon

Nice! I never thought that Yoga, done correctly, was a way to increase oxygen in the body. cool.
