Simple way to loose weight

  1. Yoga exercise called PRANAYAMA every day for 30 minutes; You can check out the videos online.

  2. Taking Metamucil 2 tablespoons mixed with 16 ounces of water 30 minutes before dinner

  3. Cutting out bread, red meats and sweets.

With the above measures, you may loose 3-5 lbs in 1 month.
Always consult your Doctor before starting any new exercise regimen including PRANAYAMA.
