There you have it - the sequence of 40 poses followed in the Moksha Hot Yoga class.  This is a unique series of forty postures that combine the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room. (35C to 40C)  

The Moksha series is a cardiovascular workout that loosens, strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress.  The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes the detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. The Moksha class is suitable for all levels of ability.
