My first official yoga class in the park

A couple of days ago I made a Facebook page for my Yoga teaching activities and created an event to announce I'm officially offering Hatha Yoga lessons in Izvor park in Bucharest every Saturday.

After I announced the event I realised many people will not be in Bucharest these days because this is the 1st of May long weekend turned into a small vacation.
Lots of folks took Monday off so they could bridge the weekend with Labour Day and left the city. Which makes it a lot more likeable for the rest of us who stayed here. ;)

Anyhoo...I was prepared to do my yoga session by myself if nobody would show up but I ended up having the lesson with 3 ladies. One of them is a good friend of mine, another one is a friend of hers and the third came by because she saw the event, so I made a new friend :)

This was not the first day of Yoga in the park for me as I've been giving "unofficial" free lessons to a couple of friends in the last 2 weeks. But it was the first publicly announced one.

The weather was simply perfect this morning in Bucharest: sunny, around 21 degrees Celsius, a gentle breeze and a fresh air.

I felt so much joy and gratitude because I was able to spend a couple of hours in the park doing something I love and sharing it with other people. I definitely want more experiences like this.
