Tips for Weight Loss
1. No fried foods.
2. Avoid fast foods i.e. pizza, burger.
3. Ask for a doggie bag when having meal at restaurant.
4. Low calories substitutes, adapt low fat milk, yogurt.
5. No coldrinks.
6. Skip Sweets desert after meal.
7. Adapt habits to have home made meal or food. Skip Second serving in food.
8. Have your meal on time.
9. Drink 1 glass of water before 30 minutes from your every meal. Do not drink water in between your meal. Have water after 1.30 hr after your meal. Always drink water in sitting position. Do not drink water or any liquid in standing position.
10. Swap your snacks with fruits and salad.
11. Use plate for any food, instead of having in any poly pack.
12. Avoid Alcohol. (It's a high calories drink).
