As we move further and further into our warm summer months, it's important to remember to keep ourselves cool and hydrated. Take the time to move your body in ways that keep you comfortable and relaxed rather than stressed and on edge. I personally choose to practice yoga postures to keep myself cool and comfortable and to hydrate my body with the simple grounded and balanced movement on these hot summer days accompanied by the occasional bike ride. Being mindful of the time of day you decide to exercise can also be important for regulating your temperature and keeping yourself comfortable and unagitated.

Here's a few photos of some yoga in the park, hopefully you find motivation and inspiration in these photos. This practice can do wonders for the mind and body, if we practice mindfully daily, we will experience a profound positive change mentally and physically allowing us to be more proactive and energized for the other many task and responsibilities that may lie ahead in our schedules. Take charge of your life, motivate and educate yourselves and others in your communities, families and friend groups.

A balanced comfortable life is here for those disciplined enough to take control and move into a better moment now, and continue into a better tomorrow.

Great post, a good mix of text and photographs. Although i have to say, that pose in the third picture does not look like i would feel balanced and relaxed if i would ever attempt it :)
