Wow, y'all...what a life this is! Seems like I'm feeling ALL the feels lately...there's a lot of depth to experience!

I agree completely. A very wholesome contribution this is.
Also I think the video is slightly to fast. I would personally like to be able to get more out of it by having it longer, not normal speed but much less sped up.

Yea you loose out on like the toe wiggling or subtleties. No one has time to watch a whole yoga flow obviously but to fast and u don't really learn or gain anything either.

Awesome! Seriously thinking about starting Yoga!

Yea do it!

Start by a little bit every day, spend 5 minutes when you wake up and 5 minutes before you go to bed to do some form of asana, be it stretching in a couple of poses, or a couple of sun sals. You will come to enjoy it and those 5 minutes will easily become 10 or 15 minutes.

It's all about stepping on the mat, or whichever survace you use to practice on.

Great, I highly recommend it! Even starting small with just a few minutes of meditation or stretching will make a significant difference in your life.

I always like to say that life comes in waves, sonetimes your vibe is high and other times a bit lower. Always love to see other people meaning the same things with different words ;)

I find that to be totally true. There are ups and there are downs, and there's a way to enjoy & responsibly engage it all.

Absolutely. You should appreciate the downs because those are moments to workon yourself, knowing that a high wave has got to comearound some time.
And a high point shouldn't make you depressed when you look down and see that you could be making a big drop any time now. Just experience it all.

There is always something to be thankful for! Life is so much more beautiful and enjoyable since I learned this. The highs and lows are balanced.
