Smai Tawi. is an Ancient African or Kemetic system of postures and movement that predates Indian Yoga by more than 2,000 years. It combines physical exercise, meditation, self-philosophy and healing through the stimulation and movement of essential life energy throughout the body. Each pose of the Smai Tawi system can carefully massage, stimulate and relax every part of every system of your bodySexual, Creative or 'Ra' energy is the most powerful force in the universe because it is the power of Creation. Personal growth, Love, Success and health in life cannot be achieved without the peaceful balance and harmonization of this sexual force that shapes our inner and outer selves.Smai Tawi is a Kemetic (Ancient African) phrase meaning the 'The Union of Two Lands.' It is symbolic of the Higher & Lower Consciousness coming together to balance and keep the mind, body and spirit as One. Smai Tawi is the oldest form of Yoga. It was started by the ancient Kemetic (Egyptian) civilization over 5000 years ago.

You can look on the walls of the ancient Kemetic temples like the Temple of Auset, (Isis) where you will see illustrations of the Egyptian personalities doing Yoga poses, like the personality Ma'at, with her arms out posing like a bird. Later other cultures like the Ancient Hindu's in India learned Smai Tawi from the Kemetic people and started calling it 'Yoga,' which means to 'Yoke together' or Join with the Supreme energies of Nature to achieve an ultimate state of consciousness.Fewer exercises will generate more creative power for the emotions, the mind, the body and the spirit than Smai Tawi. It is truly the starting point for anyone seeking proper peace, health and prosperity in life, or as is said in the words of the Ancient African formula for great living: "Ankh, Oodja, Seneb" which means Life, Vitality and Health for You!
