I want to share with you a piece of myself!
I've been practicing yoga for many years and I am grateful to the fate that I have the opportunity to study my body and its capabilities. Since childhood, I've been keen on choreography and ballet, plasticity has always been inherent in me. And yoga helped me to develop the body and make it easier!
I want to note the importance of meditation!
Every person must know the silence within himself, understand the chaos inside and come to harmony. Proper breathing and purification of consciousness will open a new world that won't let you go!
Yoga has become an important stage in my life. The other day I will start the path to coaching and very much hope that I will succeed.
