The Impossible | Ashtanga Yoga Demo by Laruga Glaser

What a wonderuful demonstration of meditation and movement perfection combined. I was very glad that i had the change to practice with her in March 2016. Today, Feburary 16th, me and my Girlfriend looking forward to June for the next Workshop with Laruga Glaser. Yeeah - Vinyasa!!! :D
