YOGA AND NATURE

Sometimes, when you are alone by yourself in nature, you can feel, how small you are in the big planet, looking arround you, the trees, the stars, the sky, the lakes and rivers, everiting in nature is so powerful and intimidating sometimes. Yoga can help you to have a better perception of yourself and the role you play in nature. Just take a time to practice some yoga poses, named asanas, and try to beath and feel your body conection with the water, the treees, the rocks and everiting arround you. Yoga poses helped to stay in a flow meditation.

Feel your body feel the world and the universe into yourserlf, feel the fredom.
