episode #12 we chat about holding space for certain thoughts WHILE simultaneously giving equal airtime to gratitude/positivity.
I’ve had a thought that pregnancy is hard and my brain finds ALOT of evidence for it... Instead of just trying to squash that thought I’m working on adding AND to it... Pregnancy is hard AND I am freakin good at it. AND it is making me stronger. AND I am going to get a baby out of it 🙌 AND I am grateful for the opportunity to strengthen my body and mind... After doing this exercise and writing these thoughts down... I started noticing and finding evidence for those positive thoughts and I felt SO good. Gratitude and Positivity is a superpower ☀️ but so is holding space for your emotions and whats going on inside your brain and body.
