Greetings Planet Steem!
Did you know that your spine is the housing for your nervous system? This is where your body sends and receives pain signals.
When you get stiff from sitting, the discs in your spine compress and that causes pain. It's a signal being sent to your brain that says "Hey, something is not right with my posture, please fix this!!"
Here is a short workout you can do to release the pressure between the discs of your spine. You can do it in a cross-legged "lotus" pose as I demonstrate in the video, or right where you are in your chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Enjoy the video, and please let me know in the comments what you think. I am here to help!
Namaste,
Cassandra :)
