Yep, there's no way yoga was happening first thing this morning. It's just too damn cold! To add to that I woke up with a whole body soreness that took even me by surprise because I had been feeling so good the past few days. (I blame not drinking hardly any water yesterday- I know, I need to fix that)
SO, today's challenge took place after a 8,500 step day at about 6:30 PM.. I'm not going to lie to you. I really didn't want to practice today. My body hurt, I felt spaced out and tired and going back out into the cold wasn't my idea of a good time at the end of the day...

But here we are. SO thankful that today's class was only 30 minutes long. That being said it wasn't easy at all. So if you're looking for a full body workout and you're running low on time, the link at the bottom of this post is for you.

Thank you mlvanderwaal! I was SOOOooOOOo close to not going through with it. This weather has been miserable and I've been feeling pretty run down, but I'm really glad I went through with it <3

I can identify! I start my day at 4 am! That's before the darned rooster crows. Lazy bird! Correct me id I am wrong because I just starting over after many years away. Is it not better to rest a day after a really hard work out to give the body tome catch up? or I am all wet?

Yes typically I'd agree with you, but I'm following a specific 30 day challenge that is SUPPOSED to have engineered in "rest" days. Even though they are still yoga, they're more gentle stretch oriented classes. That was definitely my experience in the beginner class, and it would probably be the same for me in intermediate, but skill and fitness wise I'm somewhere in between beginner and intermediate.
I wanted to push myself this time around but it's been a tough one!
