The body as a mirror

If you practice yoga...or not.. Or having any kind of pain..even if u just stuck your little pinky in the sofa today and u ask yourself why.....this is for you.Our body's is the temporary home of our soul and conscious. Its much smarter then we can imagine. .. It reflects us warning's and signs about many things. Most of them in our responsibility. And we can avoid so many big and small disasters or just stop being amazed every time we get result that we didnt want from any kind of situation. .. Its starts of course in the head... In the thoughts. .. Then they become feelings...then become reaction than patterns of behave to ourselves or to others ... How it work you ask? Same like when you stressed your neck hurts...or getting sick after stress times or big changes . The way u handell stress or maybe your perception of whats stressing u is not balanced ,puttig your immune system down so u getting sick... Same with everything.it just reflect us what we doing inside . Cous this machine ment to help us be the best version of our self that we can be. What ever is not in balance will show its signs. Its not good or bad. Its a matter of choice how u want to live your life.
The body through small untill big signs trying to tell u that u r not doing somthing right.. And its only in our hands to put it on the track. We just need to learn to read the map. We r just living inside... Think about it..
