According to a study conducted by Harvard University, on 85 percent of the opportunities, a person gets employment or promotion because of his attitudes (different way to look around), whereas, due to the knowledge of facts or figures, only 15 percent is available on occasions. Surprisingly, only 15 percent of the facts and data share in achieving success in life, and we spend our education only to know whole facts.

‘YOUR SUCCESS’ is about the remaining 85 percent. ATTITUDE is the most important word in the English language. It affects every aspect of life, even on a person's personal and professional life.

Can a man become a good officer without a good attitude? Can a student become a good student without a good attitude? Can parents, teachers, salesmen, bosses or employees play their role well without a good attitude?

Regardless of our area, the major key to our success is our ATTITUDE.

If the attitude is so important to being successful, then should not we examine our view of life and should we not question ourselves how our view can impact our motive?
