You need at least $100 in your AdSense account before you can get the money earned through YouTube.
Follow these steps to get the money transferred to your bank account:
Sign in to your Google AdSense account.
Click on the settings tab(located in the left side of the screen).
Select Payments.
You will see the screen from where you can transfer the money.
Follow the instructions given on the screen to get the money transferred.
Note: You need to register your bank details with YouTube. Once, you have applied for the withdrawal, it would take around a month for the withdrawal and you would get the amount directly into your bank.
