Pewdipie here also calling for help from other creators this is real deal and there's no 100% safety for creators. Youtube as ad server actually should be the most responsible here.
Here Chadtronic do the good job explaining what's COPPA mean to the game content creator, and there's no way you can evade it. From the fancy keyword in the title, exciting thumbnail, toon music, soothing sound for children could be deemed as content for kids. But the problem is actually with the ads.
Ian Corzine also explaining the chronological history about COPPA and explaining so far even as he's a lawyer for content creator, he doesn't 100% certain about this law. Yea the law is so hasty to be implemented near 2020 wonder why.
Hoeg Law also explain that youtubers are not website operators which the one collecting data. The problem is the ads and not the content.
There's also conspiracy regarding the regressed youtube, they delete good software like 'hangout' before all of this happened. It's all just excuse to prepare on 2020 election in USA.
