BitcoinXS (BXS) mineable - not mineable. Devs on bitcointalk:

Antil ICO end available wallets can't mine. Without any reserve funds all coins are soap bubbles, so at the end of ICO BXS will have a real cost (75% of ICO fees) and everyone can mine it without any doubts that this coin has or not real value . At the end of Feb BXS will be available at crypto exchanges.
