People on youtube use other peoples youtube video to comment aboutt he video they made. My thoughts are to make it so that they can use sections of other peoples youtube and the original youtuber gets credit. How this is done is to make it so that the person who is using someone else's youtube video to clip sections of the parts that they want to comment on. This allows for both parties to get credit for each person who is watching it. Youtube will have to create a tool that clips the parts that the commenter wants to comment on upload his commented part of the video while streaming the part of the video that the original creator made. This would save on space and bandwidth for youtube. Just a thought I had while watching someone comment on someone else's video on youtube. This isn't just for youtube but any Media from writing, sound to video and all forms of media. We often take the information around us and have an reaction to it. This is human and its apart of how we create by inspiration of another. So the solution is to support and build tools needed to enhance this experience for both original and commentary creators/opinion and so on. Another part is to tag the original youtuber as to give credit to them as you get views. You can clip/tag the full original video so that the commenter can just scroll freely though the parts that they want to comment on. Youtube would only need to add in a tag for this type of video.
