LBRY in my opinion has a HUGE potential, but in the long long term. Blockchain technology is still too young for such a massive application like video sharing. The user base width is what makes people choose a video hosting platform over another: content quality for viewers and rewarding entity for publishers.
Competing against Youtube and similar platforms is almost impossible, until the blockchain user base grows consistently.
