An interesting account of censorship, demonetization and legalistic bullshit on YouTube. It's much worse than I could've thought. Holy shit. It's a very interesting discussion and worth listening to.
My comment:
YouTube is centralized shit. For freedom of speech: 3speak.online or DTube. Better rewards. Content stored on the Steem blockchain, which is a distributed ledger. Anything that stored on a blockchain stays there forever. Blockchain offers total censorship resistance and ownership content for authors. But if you want, you can still stay on YouTube and retain your YouTube audience by making Steem posts with your YouTube videos embedded.

Why do these people take it lying down? I've been dropping comments advertising 3speak.online and DTube on YouTube many times. Zero response every time. I think the market is ripe for picking. But I believe it takes better marketing than I can muster.
Agreed, it's the reason why I've being looking for alternative platforms for many years, glad to have arrived here.
Initially I would ignore comments like yours, stubbornly hoping YouTube would somehow revert back to the old ways.

Those tubers are just whiny bitches! Alot of them just make money by acting like a victim. When I came there where people from youtube trying D.tube out, but they just dropped their videos and did not bother to do any interaction with comments or anything. Then they complain that 20-30min video upload time is unacceptable in their opinion.

I've seen a lot of bitching in both Youtube and Instagram, and I'm so fed up with it because nobody is paying to use it, it's a free service and if you don't like it, don't use it. It's seriously that simple. Of course from a creator point of view it might be quite frustrating at times but being here on Steemit, essentially knowing better, I can't be bothered to care, or listen to people bitch and moan about how they are treated badly by these companies. Come to dark side, we have cookies and free internet moneys!

But normies act like brainless zombies when you try to convince them to join the dark side. The masses tend to be a little slow on the uptake at times. That's why I have given up for trying to straight up convince anyone to join Steem. What I do is sow FUD towards mainstream Internet platforms without pointing out the obvious solution let alone trying to spoonfeed it to them. I'm content to do my bit in priming and preparing the masses for leaving their comfort zone.

It's kinda funny when now people try to sometimes get me to join their anger against instagram "yOU must KnoW what it Feels like! #freethenipple"and I can be like yeah, I don't care that much about the Instagram censorship. I know a place where I can be free and share what ever my heart desires, it really is a great feeling!
