GET OctoSuite http://spencercoffman.com/OctoSuite-Ocean-Edition Octo Suite is a Google Chrome add-on that allows you to post to multiple Facebook groups at once. There are several additional features built into OctoSuite. For instance, you can cloak links, discover and join groups, search on Facebook, integrate and share to other social networks, and more.
The problem is that OctoSuite doesn't work very well at all. It is a program that Facebook recognizes as a bot and if you use it too much Facebook will block your account. That alone is enough to stay away from using this product.
Other main problems are as follows:
Potentially Can Ban Your Facebook Account
Token must be reset every 2 hours
Must be used with Google Chrome
Only one Facebook account can be connected
Using the join groups tool may block your Facebook account
Must select all of your groups to post
Posting to multiple groups may block your Facebook account
If you navigate away from the posting page you will lose your content
Often times, posts don't actually post to Facebook
Photo editor really slows your browser
Link Cloaker puts 'Octo' in all your links
