Youtube New Policies Sucks For Small Youtubers

Hello steemit, Here i comes with my point that youtube always change policies in a short time of period and small youtubers struggle with their policies,Why everyone just see and follow every policies on youtube rather than quit youtube and using dtube?..why only small youtubers should follow their rules and big channel always abuse and youtube loves their abuse? suck youtube
