Can I bring my YouTube video to DTube?

I have my own video that I uploaded on YouTube and I'm thinking to upload it on DTube, and I've heard steemit also owned the dtube.

So the question is, can I upload my owned video that I uploaded on YouTube, to DTube?

        You sure can upload your video to DTube. DTube isn't owned by Steemit but operates on the Steem blockchain. It's well worth uploading good quality videos. I've been uploading stuff for a little while now and the rewards can be excellent.

        And ignore the scam comment below. The guys account just got nuked which is a sure sign he's promoting a scam.
