How to Practice Yoga and Positive Thinking

Yoga refers to a tradition of physical and mental exercise originating in India. There are a variety of yoga goals ranging from improving health conditions to reaching Moksha (enlightenment). Moksha means self-liberation from worldly suffering (Samsara) and self-realization in union with the Brahman (attaining life in God or in divine light). Yoga exercises are designed to release the tension of the soul (Samskaras) and bring true happiness. This exercise will improve the health of the body and improve the positive side of the mind. A Yogi spiritually lives in union with the universe that surrounds him. After practising for many years, a Yogi can achieve universal consciousness. In this condition he is in harmony with himself and nature, living in happiness, peace and love. This article will explain how to practice yoga with a positive mindset and provide examples of words of motivation that can be spoken at the time of doing yoga poses. Practicing yoga in this way helps a lot of people. This can quickly overcome negative trends and achieve a happy and prosperous life.
