This is actually one of the reasons I like Korean BBQ so much, the fact that it allows you to cook the meat to exactly how you like. Whether it's rare, or well done, that's completely up to you. You also get to savour the taste right infront of your eyes as you longingly await the meat to be ready.
Most of the time, the waiters and helpers will cooking on your behalf, and that is something truly appreciated.
