Keep the moong dal soaked in water for 4-5 hours.
- Then grind it into the grinder. Add cardamom and baking soda to it well. The mixture is ready for large.
Put a cup of water and sugar in a pan and keep it in a medium flame and make the sugar syrup.
Now heat the oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. Make small balls of lentils and deep fry until golden.
Remove from the oil and keep it in a syrup for 4-5 minutes. - Delicious roses are large, serve it lightly hot.
