The difference between follow for follow and Yunk for yunk.

The most annoying thing I have gotten is follow for follow, let me tell you that I have done, a follow for follow of course I can show you guys that if this is done the right way it itsn't a bad thing. I have follow a awesome person who also is following me and we enjoy each other content. The key here isn't the begging and getting a huge number of followers, but engagement. And I am not sick of talking about this issue.

I was talking about the bothersome users on steemit and steemit chat, even some of my fellow yunkers have had experience this, and the toxic gene has even got to some #yunk post, where you can see people commenting nonsense. And sure you might say this is because of their language barrier. The language barrier does not affect someones understanding of social norms and ability to use google translator, to put this simply, you can be nice to somebody and explain them to stop posting things on the general chat in steemit or other common areas, however this people will read, know and even ignore the moderators when told to stop spamming.

For a personal preference Ill tell people to YUNK 4 YUNK :) Yeah I might not be all that nice and follow more than 60000 people (if I get lucky which who know in the world of yunk) If I can't actually read good posts. 

A good spam

Some users have argue and tell me that the steemit chat and steemit are a platform for sharing their information and they need this to be seen, because they are low rep, however to me this makes no sense at all, to the steemit system and even to the self existence of how things were created in the chat.

The follow for follow was just the start when later many new user started copying others user because that's the example they get, and not only commenting "wow""great"but also fake accounts and copying other people content. I am not saying all doing this and that all new users are this way, or that whales have provoke this, which in a way they are the indirect cause, since everybody wants to be noticed by a whale and they want to become one. ( Who doesn't want credit for their work and some revenue). But the problem might have started when people turned they head to a side and let things happen so others understand that their doing is good, well if it not wrong completely, it is one of the most annoying things all over the internet, (facebook, twitter, instagram). But what I want to explain is that we are not in those sites, this is Steemit.

WHY A TAG? why YUNK?

Some said to me that yunk is all noisy and it hasn't help anybody at all, and the new users dont really get any help from this, so why would we care about #yunk, and that the solution might not be creating a new tag. Perhaps this person is right in a way, but I can just answer with WHY NOT YUNK. What bad does yunk steemit? wanting to have fun and helping each other and promoting quality over quantity is bad? 

So meme is YUNK? NO

So Family is Yunk? NO

So Steemit is YUNK? NO, the other way around. 

SO ARE WE YUNK? YES. that is.

WE define YUNK and we are the ones responsible for its path same as steemit. As Steemers we make Steemit a better place or not depending of how we project the platform as a whole. The community itself.
